TRAINING & ORIENTATION

Each company provides training opportunities so you are fully qualified to start your career. Depending on your job choice you may be required certain skills and/or resources such as a headset. Once Supreme Communication Services gives you access to our platform during the New Agent Orientation we will go over what will be needed and what a voice assessment for your career choice will look like. We will also discuss how to list the hours you’ll need, and how to find the going rate of your position’s salary and we’ll take care of the rest. We work hard so that you won’t have to.
